My advise further includes assessments on whether and how contracting authorities may introduce amendments to existing contractual relationships without triggering the duty to tender. Further, I advise enterprises tendering for public contracts on fulfilling suitability requirements, ensuring contract compliance, tender optimisation, etc. I also assist clients, contracting authorities as well as tenderers in procurement law disputes before the Complaints Board for Public Procurement and before the courts. My advisory services further include the drafting of contracts, negotiation, interpretation of terms and contractual issues during the term of the contract, and dispute resolution in relation to disputes particularly related to procurement and contract law. In addition, I provide advice to public and private clients in connection with, among other things, competition law compliance, drafting and review of agreements with competition law aspects of both horizontal and vertical nature, as well as competition law and contractual law assistance in connection with M&A.

  Aarhus From 2018 and until January 2020, I was part of Bech-Bruun's department for dispute resolution, transport and insurance law, primarily working with litigation, arbitration and out-of-court disputes. Since February 2020, I have formed part of Bech-Bruun's department for EU and competition law.   Århus området, Danmark In the autumn of 2016 and 2017, I taught students on the fifth semester at Aarhus University the basics regarding the law of property and obligations. The course consisted of an introduction to a number of private law areas, e.g. sales law, property law (regarding goods as well as real estate), insolvency law and more. Furthermore, the students handed in four written assignments regarding which were corrected and examined on class.

  Conducted by Department of Law, Aarhus University, this private law fellowship implied researching the consequences on Danish law of a (possible) Europeanization of property law. My end product of the research process, the prize essay, was honoured with the prize "accessit" by the appointed review committee. In June 2019, with a few changes, the book “Dansk tingsret i et europæisk perspektiv” (Danish property law in an European perspective) was published (Werlauff Publishing).
