  We specialise in data mining and big data, the complete software development life cycle from user requirements, software analysis, design and development, testing inhouse and in the field, rollout and maintenance of systems. Current Clients include governments, road agencies, concessionaires and private companies in Africa and Europe Currently working on the Open Road Tolling Project in South Africa for the South African National Roads Agency where I was involved in the original tender documentation for the project, and currently part of the team serving as the Employer Representative, focussing on the Transaction Clearing House. Furthermore, involved in the final negotiation phase to secure a multi-million Rand software development project for the conversion of a 32-bit Linux / Informix based system to the latest Microsoft technologies running 64-bit operating system and applications utilizing a MS-SQL backend.

  Actively involved in the toll road industry for the past 25 years providing services to various national and international clients. Services include product development, project management, system development, technical system support, training, and toll operations.Experience in the fields of toll collection systems ranging from the development of User Requirements, Research and Development, Management of Software Development teams and overseeing the complete software development life cycle. Personally I have been involved in the development of toll collection systems in the role of Employer’s Representative, Independent Engineer, Operations Consultant and Software Developer and executed work on projects in a number of countries, including South Africa, Mozambique, Nigeria, Brazil, Argentina, Ireland, Germany, India, Malaysia and Pakistan.Currently acting as Operations Consultant and Independent Engineer to the Lekki Concessionaire in Nigeria having performed gap analysis and now providing services in overseeing the Contractor in his responsibility to develop and rollout new systems.Terra Technologies is also appointed by the N3 Toll Concession for the provision of support and maintenance services for their systems since 2008, supporting four toll plazas, a number of ramp toll plazas, 88 toll lanes, all connected to a central operations centre.
