My connection to Christinne both personally and professionally has spanned the better part of the last 10 years. While working as the managing Sous Chef at San Manuel Casino, I had the privilege of meeting Christinne and soon thereafter became aware of the highest qualities she brings at a personal and professional level. Christinne has a natural leadership ability and works to achieve beyond what might be acceptable for most others. Her work ethics became immediately apparent to the Food and Beverage Directors at the casino, leading to a fast-track promotion to the management team. I was in full support of any promotion that makes a companies foundation stronger, and Christinne was a solid choice in that role. Beyond our professional relationship, I've had the additional privilege of working catering events under her and watching her advance in the career goals she always maintains. It's rare to keep a strong connection with people we meet in our professional lives as our paths take different courses, yet Christinne is a rare individual and has supported me in kind. I have had the distinct pleasure of having worked with Christinne Soriano when she worked with Bristol Farms' catering division. I worked with her directly, and I knew almost immediately that I was working with someone of the highest caliber in professionalism, integrity, and customer service. Christinne was always attentive to our budgetary guidelines, the needs of our constituents, and our wishes regarding each event. The events that she worked on always ran smoothly and were very well-received by our clientele, who frankly, are not always easy to please. Christinne and I would speak at length before each event to ensure our event mission, making it so that I never had to worry about the catering part of our events. To anyone who has coordinated events, that is the Holy Grail, and something which we always look for in a caterer, as oftentimes we need to be attentive to other aspects of our events.
