When working as Brand Manager for Alma Norge AS, I had the great pleasure of working close together with Christine when she was Sales Manager Scandinavia. Together, we had the responsibility of building Yogi Tea in Norway, both in terms of increasing sales as well as brand awareness and - knowledge. Christine is a very passionate person with clear visions and goals. She has this profound curiosity that makes her seek information needed in order to make as well considered decisions as possible – and that is also making her find solutions that is not necessarily the most obvious ones. I also find Christine to be a very professional person. She easily establishes good and trustworthy relations, and it is a great pleasure working in team together with Christine. I had the pleasure to work with Christine at Yogi Tea and to introduce her to some of the Scandinavian customers as well as leading her through the first couple of months at Yogi Tea. Christine is very passionate about everything she does and brought this passion also to Yogi Tea. She is a hard worker and always on the search for excellence, has a good eye for details. Her highly creative approaches lead to good results and she loves to think out of the box. During her time at Yogi Tea she was able to develop the assigned customers and territories with very good success. She is able to work self motivated remote from her colleagues, but she is also a great team player who gives highly appreciated input. In her customer relations Christine is looking for long term solutions that satisfy the needs of both partners equally and is highly respected by her customers. Nevertheless she is not afraid to take unpopular decisions, if needed. If I had the possibility I would definitely hire Christine and would be happy to work with her again.
