  My responsibilities include but not limited to: -Supporting students to familiarize themselves with CfA projects on BA. Providing students with feedback on their academic work as they go. -Weekly tracking of students’ academic progress on BA platform. Following up with the students on where they are and documenting. -Identifying some of the additional skills that students need in order to be successful in their BA and organizing workshops for the students on the same. -Facilitating some of the BA projects if need be for the students to be able to continue making progress. - Providing individualized/small group tutoring for certain students on certain CfA projects that they are struggling with - Identifying some of the skills needed for the students to be more employable after they graduate in their BA and designing training programs for them or linking them to possible training opportunities. -Mentoring and coaching students to successfully complete their BA program.

  Working with SHNU's Horizon Research & Insights Team to identify areas of alignment and gaps between the skills currently requested by employers in the US and the programs and degrees that Southern New Hampshire University currently offers. My responsibility includes but not limited to: . Assisting with a variety of tasks related to understanding employers, employment trends, and the U.S. labor market. . Research using internet search tools and statistics gathered from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics web sites, as well as internal employer partner data. . Act as an Ambassador of the SNHU GEM program and conduct myself in a professional and respectful manner . Keeping in consistent and timely communication with the Supervisor, and fellow interns.
