USTA Northern promotes and develops the growth of tennis in communities throughout Minnesota, South Dakota, North Dakota, and Northwestern Wisconsin. The Community Tennis department focuses on providing necessary resources in the areas of: Public Facility Assistance, Programming and Capacity Building Grants, Organizational Development, Advocacy, Diversity and Inclusion, Coach Education, National Junior Tennis and Learning (NJTL) programming for under-resourced youth, Schools, Junior Team Tennis, Young Adult Initiatives, and Tennis On Campus.I also work closely with the USTA National Headquarters and the USTA Foundation on project teams regarding technology solutions, software testing, sales platforms, and nonprofit capacity building programs.
