Christine was part of our group called the" 562" group. An affectionate nickname that denoted that she was based in our Long Beach CA office. She worked in a small highly talented team, reported directly to the Director of Sales but was under the leadership of my brother Kerry who was the Senior Vice President of Sales and Operations who ran the office as well as well as overseeing the Atlanta operations as well. Kerry hired Christine from a recommendation to us by an exceptional employee who was my brothers PA. Christine and the rest of that crew were a very tight knit group and an incredibly well oiled machine. They were colleagues but also were all great friends.Christine traveled all over the country for the company and was an exceptional Project Manager. She became a lead Project Manager, a promotion, as she was helping new hires without any direction by her supervisors, as she just is a person who cared about the company and people. She is a team player. Christine was well liked by her peers, management and by her clients. She has a great personality, great work ethic and was a great employee. Christine is very loyal and a very likeable person and incredibly good at her job. Christine was a breath of fresh air. I personally had a lot to do with all our employees informally, and found her outlook always positive; she added great value to the company by being a thought leader. She embodied the culture and spirit of the company and was always positive and on her game. Christine was a leader, a go to person and had a can do spirit on every project. I never heard anyone in the company or a client say anything negative about her in all the time she worked for the company. Christine was one of the best hires we made and she would be an asset to anyone looking for someone who can add value to any company. She is without reservation someone who embodies a spirit and a soul to any business. I can say she "gets it" and that would be the highest compliment I would give any employee we had. She has Integrity, Loyalty and Courage. If you want this in your business, just hire her you won't regret it. We didn't.
