The volunteer team used VPB Connect, ThruTalk, and OutVote (texting) and completed 150,200 phone calls and text messages resulting in 10,820 vote planning conversations in North Des Moines-Developed thorough understanding of inputting volunteer data into VAN, and then taught regional intern staff and volunteer leadership to utilize VAN in a range of capacities including phonebank creation, event scheduling, and confirmation-Coordinated and lead regular Polk County community meetings which included: drafting run-of-show, creating the slide deck, operating the Zoom room, and maintaining cultural norms to create an open space for discussion while providing volunteer opportunities-As Regional Training Captain created training materials for organizers team of nine full time organizers and seven part time interns, covering topics from Structured Volunteer Asks, VAN 101, and Campaign Updates/Phase Change

Allocated money was used to provide college transportation, food, college application waivers, ACT/SAT waivers, and incentives for the Class of2020-Collected, administered student surveys and reported student participant data into SCRIBE. Surveys and data were used for student intentality purposes, and end of year report.
