I was responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the women's lacrosse program at Reinhardt University including, but not limited to, recruiting, sales and marketing, budgeting, purchasing, maintaining social media, coordinating travel arrangements, event management, and fundraising.I also served on two conference committees as the AAC Women's Lacrosse Chair and the South Region/AAC Awards Committee Representative.I was named the 2014 South Region Coach of the Year after having the most wins in program history and more than the first three years of the program combined. While at RU, I led the Lady Eagles to two appearances at the NWLL National Tournament and had student-athletes receive the following awards: -1 NWLL First Team All-American-3 NWLL Second Team All-Americans-2 NWLL Honorable Mentions-1 NWLL All-Tournament Team-3 AAC All-Tournament Team-7 First Team All-Conference-4 Second Team All-Conference-1 All-Conference Defensive Player of the Week-1 All-Conference Offensive Player of the WeekRU hosted the inaugural Appalachian Athletic Conference women's lacrosse tournament April 17-19, 2015. I was responsible for coordinating the awards banquet, conference awards, producing the bracket and scheduling, creating marketing materials and programs, field maintenance, game day management, and scheduling officials. I was responsible for all aspects of the inaugural women's lacrosse program. I was the head coach for two seasons and led the second year program to the NWLL National Tournament. I produced 1 NWLL Second Team All-Conference Player, 1 NWLL Player of the Week, 4 All-Conference Players, and 5 Honorable Mention recipients while I was at Midland. While I was at Midland I also served on the NWLL Coaches Committee. I was responsible for assessing and resolving issues associated with the conference and league play, ensuring all teams adhered to eligibility standards, coordinated conference games and organized the regional and national tournaments.
