Working with Chrissie in the Southern Region at The Marketing Centre has been a fantastic experience. Not only is she passionate about strategic marketing and the impact a Marketing Director can have on a growing business, but she takes time to understand each and every client and match the right person in her team to their specific challenges. Her management style is a great balance of encouraging but firm, which has pushed me beyond my own comfort zone with positive results. A lovely close-knit team to have been part of!

For me, Christine is not just a great boss. Above all, she is the one I look at to strive at work and who I feel so close as part of family. She taught me lots of things and encourages me in developing myself when I have my very first full time job here in Vietnamobile. That was her positive energy and know-how-to encouraging people in work place make her to be most wanted supervisor of any employee. Having chance to work and learn from Christine, I know how to do certain tasks following priority and arrange them in the most appropriate order and of course, to act as a professional project planner. Still there are many challenge for me in order to explore my ability but Christine definitely is the one who guides and instructs me to do things right at my very first steps in my career path. There is no doubt about her professional as well as how good she is in orienting work. In fact, I am glad that we share not only about work but also about normal things in life, stories that we're interested which is not many boss could actually do nowadays. Every Company deserves access to first class marketing and we provide Marketing Director services to companies on a part-time basis for those who recognise they need the skill set of a Marketing Director but don't want, don't need or can't afford one full time. I find business owners often feel frustrated – they really want the very best marketing expertise in-house but simply can’t afford it – or find it in their area. They approach a marketing consultant but find they speak an alien language and don’t roll their sleeves up and DO. So they work with an agency who devise campaigns – but never really get under the skin of the business enough to take responsibility for the P&L.
