  Responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS). The QMS consists of compliance to ISO 9001 standards, Military Standards, ITAR requirements and RoHS specifications. Instrumental in defining the manufacturing, inspection, finishing and shipping processes as well as creating process flow charts. I also led documentation control, performed and utilized process capabilities analysis to drive quality improvement initiatives. Other duties included internal and customer non-conformance reports, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, facilitation of management review meetings, defining measurable quality objectives, internal audits, vendor audits, training and employee performance reviews.
