  During her tenure as CEO of the organization, Walker managed the growth of the organization from two to ten year-round staff and an increase in yearly revenue by 300%. Under Walker's guidance, the organization realized its mission of diversity and inclusion by founding and producing such nationally-recognized programs as the Women Filmmaker's Residency Program for established filmmakers; the Provincetown Jamaican Film Festival; The Provincetown Woman's Film Festival; the Film Financing Forum for Diverse projects, the Ash Christian Shorts Filmmaking Program for LGBTQ Youth, and several scholarship and mentorship programs for underserved communities.
