I have worked for Shoosmiths since 2005 where I joined as an Administrator within the Collections team. The main duties for this role were to ensure the entry of all monies were allocated to correct files on the case management system. In 2006 I became the Payments Supervisor within the Operations team. The main duties of this role was to manage the daily activities of the Payment team and ensuring all SLAs where adhered to. In 2010 I also took on the New Business team who were responsible for the inception of new cases onto the case management system.
