As technology is rapidly advancing, our society is becoming more dependent on these devices. One key element that is changing and has changed the way our cities had been developed, designed and thought about is the vehicle. My research studies the impact of the vehicle and how it had changed the speed in cities, the built environment, and ultimately changed the pace of life. In today's society, automated vehicles are being discussed and tested. Further questioning how might the automated vehicles change our pace of life and the speed in cities in the near future. A two week intensive opportunity to design and build a pavilion for the community of Caledon, Ontario. This interactive pavilion is the cinematic experince of the eye translated into a tangible spatial condition. Through the alignment of the physical form to the cosmos, it allows a connection for the body to the above.
