I retired from Chatham Grammar School for Girls in August 2016 where I had been Headteacher since September 2010. I had previously been a Deputy Headteacher at the school, Before joining CGSG in April 2005, I spent 15 years at Maidstone Girls' Grammar School where I was Head of Modern Foreign Languages and an Assistant Headteacher.I am currently studying part-time for an MA degree in Translation Studies with the Open University. I am interested in undertaking part-time work that enables me to make effective use the skills and experience that I have acquired during the course of my career.
