  Ms. Orozco has been employed with Lend Lease since August 2005. She has spent time as a Project Engineer, Project Manager, and Quality Control Manager. She possesses a broad understanding of general construction, contract agreements, execution of the quality assurance processes, submittal review, and reporting requirements. Christine has spent 30 years in the construction industry; of $413.290 million, 392 unit demolition to new housing, 36 Select Historic Renovations, 205 Non-Select Historic Renovations, 32 major renovation units, and 487 minor renovations units, NCO Club renovations, Housing Office, Maintenance Facility, and swimming pool renovation project. Ms. Orozco is in the lead role in the successful execution of the established Quality Control Program for Lend Lease.
