Marketing Institute of Singapore is an education body . With over 40 years of establishment, MIS has played a leading role in providing training, learning and development programmes to professionals and corporations in Singapore and around the region., offering a comprehensive range of Executive Development Programmes that cater to the skills upgrading and professional development needs of PMET. Being a BDM, I'm responsible to develop new accounts and expand revenue for the company . My role is to attend to corporate enquiries (local and overseas), negotiation of training contracts and consultancy services to corporate clients on their Learning and training needs. I also provide support to clients in analyzing their training and development needs/ competency gaps and provides solutions for suitable training programs and solutions to address their gaps. I had many opportunities to partner with clients to access the success of training and help them to make the most of learning opportunities by assisting them to see through and develop their employees through progressive training path. I was happy to be able to convert a few of our one-timed clients to long term business partners to sign up for repeated deals.
