New Business and communication is the lifeblood of any agency. In tandem with their long standing relationships with clients, it is always necessary to reach further and endeavor to outreach and gain new partnerships that collide with our purpose. As the Intern, I help support new business activities & agency promotion (focus on social media, see more details below). Research, consumer insights, strategy, CRM tracking, agency communications and PR outreach are the fundamentals for my position. New Business and communication is the lifeblood of any agency. • Court Monitor
      • Feb 2020 - Jun 2020

I worked at a children’s place called Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park as a court monitor and a party host. As a court monitor I would look after the children while they jumped and played on the attractions so they could be safe while also having fun. Depending on the different attractions I would have different responsibilities. There are multiple attractions where you have to harness children and adults and hook them up onto ropes so they can rock climb, an elevated ropes course or go on a zip-line. You have to be very precise and strong to make sure the ropes are tight so that they are safe. There was also a special trampoline where it makes you jump higher than the original ones and you have to memorize 3 different jumps to show the children for them to try it in order to jump on the trampolines. I was also a party host so I was in charge of families when they came in as a party group. I would set up the party table and rooms and check in all the parents and children. I would provide them with any information they needed and bring them their food and drinks and make sure their party was exactly what they wanted so they don't have to worry about anything except just having fun. • Sep 2019 - Jan 2020

I worked at a retail store called Urban Outfitters where I was a floor sales associate. I organized and cleaned the shelves while I helped customers find what they are looking for. I did the basic tasks that are in retail like tagging and hanging clothing items but I also packaged online orders too. I also cleaned the store like mopped and swept during opening and closing hours. I worked at a retail store called Urban Outfitters where I was a floor sales associate. • Receptionist
      • Jun 2018 - Aug 2019

I was the receptionist. That gave me the roles of interacting with the guest, other employees and cleaning. I answered phone calls and set new appointments or changed old ones. I would greet customers coming in and help customers with any questions they had, during the process of getting their treatment or before. I brought the guest the different nail options, water, and provided them with anything they needed to make their experience better. I would also check the customer out after their appointment. I love interacting with guests and getting to know them. When I do not have anything to do, I would talk to the customers and keep them company while they waited for their treatment. Since I was the receptionist I was not doing the nails so I would help the other employees with anything they needed like help take customers' old nail polish off. I also helped gather any nail supplies that they needed to do a customer's nails. I cleaned the nail shop during the day. When people get pedicures, they have to use the tubs and after each use, I cleaned and scrubbed the tub so that they can be ready for the next customer. I would also wash and dry clean the hand towels and fold them so they can go on the shelf and be used again. Show less
