1. Act as single point contact to the office of the EMD and provide high-level secretarial and administrative support including preparation of correspondence, records and other clerical documentation on a daily basis. 2. Confirm board meeting and annual general meeting schedule and ensure circulation of the notices to the Board of Directors and shareholders. Responsible for administrative arrangements of the Board & Annual General Meetings including preparation of documents & materials necessary for the meeting. 3. Receive all incoming documents & ensure circulation/distribution of the same to the concerned personnel. Ensure that the company's responses, letters and reports are submitted on time. Maintain paper and electronic records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible. 4. Screen correspondence, e-mails and callers by making proper referrals or answer queries in accordance with general instructions. 5. Liaise and coordinate as needed with the procurer, the board, the shareholders, the company secretary, auditors including government agencies. 10.
