I oversee all administrative functions at the Taxicab & Limousine Division (TLD) for the Philadelphia Parking Authority, which is charged with regulating this industry within the City of Philadelphia. My responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance of all taxicab and limousine companies authorized to provide service in the city, insurance compliance and driver certification. I also manage the Office of the Clerk. The Clerk's Office acts as the prothonotary for the TLD and is responsible for receiving and docketing pleadings and other documents such as applications for operating authority, etc. The Clerk's office also maintains the court schedule for various types of proceedings.
