Deal with emails and telephone enquiries from clients and colleagues to try and bring a satisfactory resolution. Chasing up and registering learners for functional skills, booking learners onto a level 2 qualification and Math & English Functional Skills tests, posting out the tests while keeping tutors updated of results claiming certificates and entering the details on the system and uploading the results and certificates, making sure the all information is correctly inputted. Use various websites for information and keeping the system updated. Communicate with colleagues in different departments requesting and giving relevant information to be able to complete certain tasks. Communicate with clients when certificates arrive and then post the certificates to the clients.

I engage with young people who are looking for an apprenticeship. Once i have interviewed the candidate i will either accept or reject the candidate. If rejected suggest alternative provisions that may be more suitable for them, if accepted will pass along their CV to employers, matching up the candidate skills to suit athe employers requirements. I will also contact employers to see if they will employ an apprentice or if they have any employee's that may need to have their skills updated with current qualifications suitable to the job role.
