  Lizzie's Circle is a non-profit, 501(c)3 organization assisting parents of children with cancer, who reside in Monroe County, Pennsylvania. Lizzie's Circle was formed to offer financial assistance for travel expenses and lodging as the rural area does not offer pediatric oncology treatment. A majority of the pediatric oncology patients from Monroe County seek treatment at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, approximately 2 hours from Monroe County. Lizzie's Circle also strives to fill other family specific needs that may not be financial in nature in order to help keep their households stable for their other children or family members. Lizzie's Circle is 100% volunteer driven, with 98% of all monies raised going directly to parents of children with cancer. Show less
