  As the Implementation Manager for First Choice Background Screening, my job responsibilities are to assist in creating and developing the client account along with training clients on how to utilize our online system, monitor and assist in designing and implementing processes and procedures to enhance and streamline the accounts’ business flow, prepare and review statistical data reports for Sales and Management teams and Annual Account Business Reviews, utilize quick problem solving, proactive, and creative solutions for all client issues and needs, as well as schedule and execute client and internal trainings via Webinar System. As an FCRA Certified team member, my position serves as a liaison between our clients and all corresponding departments with regard to both operational and industry functionality and compliance.
