I have spent the last seven years in the real world, working real jobs as a line worker and an organizational structure consultant. I have recently published a second book on my findings. I am now eager to apply my findings in order to increase the productivity of the business systems that support these organizational structures. Happiness is Solving Problems. A Handbook for the Twenty First Century. This is the first book that I published. It is the result of a twenty year marriage in which two well intentioned people nevertheless tortured one another. This was the ultimate problem which I eventually solved. My ex husband and I are now in a healthy and supportive relationship with one another. We continue to nurture and support our three grown children.Proven Innocent, An Unlikely solution to a Corrupt Society. This is the second book that I published. I am from a family if four. I am the baby. While Mom, Dad, and big brother are all firstborns. Add to that a deep religious upbringing. Add to that my brother marrying a Southern girl while I remained an Easterner through and through. Finally my drift toward liberal ideas and away from religion ensured that there would be troubled waters in the family. I, being different was considered the problem. This book documents my journey towards freedom.I am now moving into business settings to implement, test and refine some if these processes. I am hopeful that all my work and research can bring benefit to others.

I was responsible to bring people together and foster communication between various team members in the factory. Some of my goals were to solve problems in supply chains, to decrease the incidence of bottlenecks in processes. To make sure that we had the right person with the right skill set quickly addressing the problem at hand.I worked successfully at applying some new processes to the area of teambuilding and collaboration. The goals of productivity were vastly improved by these processes. Quality problems were addressed effectively. And the high morale of the team supported both of the other goals.

The farm’s success relied on the relationships that I built within the Bosnian community. I raised, grew and sold a variety of farm products including goats, sheep, chickens, garlic, herbs, milk and cheese. At the same time I was raising three children and substitute teaching in nine different inner-city schools. It was after seven years of immersion in these culture rich social systems that I decided to return to my deeply rooted interest in manufacturing in business. I was responsible to continue the flow of learning in a variety of classroom types and age groups while the teacher was otherwise occupied. I applied the skills that I had gained student teaching in an inner-city open classroom and I was able to maintain discipline and structure in a variety of settings.I participated in an open classroom using innovative team building and collaborative techniques. Thus began a lifelong interest. I was responsible to continue the flow of learning in a variety of classroom types and age groups while the teacher was otherwise occupied.
