I had the privilege of working closely with Chrissy while at California Closets Corporate. During that time Chrissy demonstrated a great balance of business discipline and organizational savvy, with a very fair, caring management style as Director of Human Resources. She had a strong ability to lead/navigate seamlessly through a very challenging business with much change, all the while remaining cool under pressure. She independently volunteered/led the organization in their first progression into ‘green thinking’, by establishing a corporate ‘green’ philosophy/culture, and leading outside consultant sessions to define the company’s long term sustainability strategies. She is a positive, committed and hard-working leader.
