I had the pleasure of working with Christine at Acquire Learning where she was my direct line manger. As head of Learning and Development, Christine brought a real love and passion to her role, and having the opportunity to learn from her vast experience was invaluable. Whether it was her guidance with designing and implementing training programs, or her strong communication skills, working with Christine is always insightful and helped to keep me engaged and motivated. Christine has a wonderful balance between guiding her team and showing great trust in them to work independently. Whenever support was needed though, you can always rely on her to be there for you. An exceptional trainer, Christine is engaging and dynamic and being able to observe her in action is a wonderful professional education. I cannot recommend Christine high enough and would welcome the opportunity of working with her again.

At Acquire Learning, I work across all business units, designing (through to implementation) current and well developed training programs. I use media resources to research and create innovative / original programs that are retainable and inspirational as an end product. The above satisfies my passion for identifying development opportunities that are addressed to develop a highly engaged workforce and therefore, maximising their full potential and I'm able to create a synergy between Business Objectives and Employee Strategies; building the bridge to consistently Value Add for both business and employees as a whole.
