  Having started my Career with the Wallace Cameron Group 20+ years ago (now an umbrella company of the Crest Medical Group) , I have progressed through many different roles, telsales, customer services, corporate accounts & export division. Then moving on to First aid Training Division, a complete change for me, however I have embraced the new adventure and can safely say have went from strength to strength in the First Aid Training Environment over the last 5 and a half years. I have met many challenges throughout this time, but have hit them head on, from initial inquiry stage to completion of client requirement in their particular workplace/environment. Learning as I've went along, able to confidently converse with Trainers, and manage course calendars, arrange dates and locations to coincide with all requirements of clients. Albeit our office is based in Scotland we provide National Coverage, having recently won The Scottish Prestige Awards for our ability to gain 100% customer satisfaction. We are a leader in First Aid Training Industry all over Scotland, England, Ireland & Wales. Show less
