STRATEGY: Developed first ever AF Reserve Component Plan, a five to fifteen year strategy to grow / shrink across 52 functional talent areas based on the AFR mission and vision. Plan captured human capital management for over 70K reserve members and 75 mission locations around the world. Partnered with AFR leadership to identify, collect and analyze data supporting strategy development; prioritizing AF missions using AFR best fit metrics and National level strategy to enable mission and human capital investment decisions over next three to five years. Partnered with AF directed Total Force Task Force to develop strategic direction for human capital force movements between Regular AF, Reserve and National Guard. Personal work developed for AFR strategy used to benchmark Task Force data, ultimately briefed and accepted by Secretary and of the Air Force. Evaluated Air Force Reserve wide program management and personnel strategies making recommendations to senior leaders on strategic level decisions on workforce management strategies.PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Led project execution for creation of entirely new AFR strategy document. Project included establishing data gathering, designing and deploying a senior leader survey, and writing, coordinating and gaining approval of final document by the Chief, AF Reserve.
