Working with a global humanitarian community, led a process of collective review and revision of the flagship Sphere Handbook, the most widely used reference framework in the sector. This inclusive initiative reached at least 450 organizations working in 65 countries and led to launch events in 30 countries within the first 4 months of publication, demonstrating strong collective ownership of the standards for quality and accountability. Leading Sphere with a start-up mentality to support a globally connected network of more than 100,000 committed humanitarian practitioners working across 150 countries, joined through common purpose and values. Worked closely with stakeholders and Board members to transition Sphere into an independently registered NGO with an open membership and representative governance model as well as diversified funding base.
