I highly recommend Christina! She is such a great mindset coach to my daughter. Today she came home from the gym happy that she has an appointment with Christina today! Not because of what she did in the gym but because of what she wasn’t able to do. She wasn’t upset or depressed about it but glad she can speak to someone (other than me) that can relate and not only listen but navigate her through a more positive mindset as she achieves her goals. I don’t have any regrets in choosing Christina as her mindset coach, except wishing I would have done it sooner.

I've had the good fortune to watch Christina in action as a coach. First during our training together in the CaPP Institute, and more recently as part of our weekly Mastermind. What I appreciate about Christina is that she asks powerful questions, uses direct communication when needed, and at the end of the day has her clients best interests at heart.
