Christina was recommended for logo design services for a small non-profit where I volunteer. We weren't having much luck with a vendor we had chosen, so Christina provided some logo designs which were a much better fit and was the logo we ultimately decided to go with. Her design was clean, modern and creative. She also worked on an informational brochure that was so much better than what I could have envisioned. Christina's layout was so well designed and she was able to convey the mission of the non-profit in the brochure. She was able to use the limited photos we had in a very stylistic and creative way. I look forward to working with her on future projects for the non-profit.

I spearheaded the research and design efforts for the payment processing application. Our goal was to empower customers to manage and gain leads while seamlessly processing payments with their contacts and leads. From start to finish, I was responsible for ensuring that the application met the needs and expectations of our users. By combining user research, iterative design, and rigorous testing, I helped create an intuitive, efficient, and effective solution. The success of the payment processing application was a testament to our team's dedication to delivering the best possible experience for our customers. Additionally, I built and led the research practice from the ground up by defining research objectives and developing methodologies that delivered high-quality insights to drive business growth. I established best practices and educational resources for user research and design, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning within the team. Lastly, I supported the creation, design system, testing, and ongoing enhancements of the Marketing 360 mobile application and the responsive web app. My contributions were crucial in ensuring that the application provided an outstanding user experience, which resulted in positive feedback from our customers. Jun 2017 - Dec 2018
As a User Experience Design Consultant, I provided expert guidance to top-tier financial services clients, delivering innovative solutions that met their business needs. My key responsibilities included collaborating with principal engineers, stakeholders, product owners, and upper management to prioritize features and ensure successful designs from conception to launch. As part of multiple delivery teams, I played a key role in developing user-friendly and nationally recognized mobile and desktop products from concept to finish. I spearheaded user research and implemented Human-Centered Design-driven processes that increased business and user satisfaction and retention. In addition to my work on delivery teams, I also participated an R&D team that explored cutting-edge technologies, including blockchain, AI, and machine learning. From start to finish, I was responsible for the design of innovative solutions that pushed the boundaries of what was possible. Throughout my work, I focused on elevating client-side teams so that they could become technology and innovation leaders in their own right. By working closely with my clients and sharing my knowledge and expertise, I helped them to unlock new opportunities and achieve their business goals. Show less

Firstly, I would like to emphasize how much I enjoyed working at LOOKCAST, an incubator of TechEdge Group, an Italian-American SAP vendor and IT company. This opportunity provided me with a unique cultural experience, as I got to work with an Italian-American team, which has some similarities to my own Greek culture. Being a part of a startup team, with all of its ups and downs, was an incredible journey that helped to skyrocket my career as a Product Designer. Although my time at the incubator was short-lived due to the nature of the initial funding, I am proud to say that our team achieved our goals, and the product we delivered is now listed as an SAP offering by TechEdge Group. It was undoubtedly one of my favorite experiences, working alongside some of the most brilliant minds I have ever met. My responsibilities at LOOKCAST included leading the strategic art direction in collaboration with sales, strategy, and marketing counterparts, which led to acquiring high-end clients such as Giorgio Armani, Loro Piana, and other luxury brands. Additionally, I effectively collaborated and managed projects with teams located overseas in Italy. I owned the art direction of visual marketing assets across all channels, and worked closely with an engineering product team to deliver UI enhancements on our shoppable lookbook tool. Show less

I was immersed in a uniquely programmatic environment using internal design creation tools that combined visual design, interaction/UX design, and graphic design. I leveraged my skills and expertise to collaboratively launch data-driven multi-million dollar ad campaigns and social retargeting ads for some of the largest retail clients in the industry, including Staples, Victoria's Secret, Crate & Barrel, Cabela's, GAP, Nordstrom, and Urban Outfitters/Anthropologie. In addition to my work on these high-profile campaigns, I played an instrumental role in helping our sales team acquire new clientele, including Nordstrom and Forever 21. By showcasing my design skills and collaborating with the sales team to identify new business opportunities, I helped our company to grow and expand its reach. As part of my commitment to continuous improvement, I also procured a set of internal resources for the design team that improved onboarding processes in the common event of client re-assignments. By streamlining our internal processes and sharing best practices with my colleagues, I helped to create a more efficient and effective design team that could deliver top-notch results for our clients.
