Michael Reed

I worked with Christina during a very difficult transition at Clipper Windpower. She provided good insight to the leadership team in all aspects of Human Resource management as we worked through the transition. Christina was the consummate professional as she led the Human Resources function through extensive downsizing at the company - a downsizing that included her position. She was accurate in managing all of the details related to releasing employees. She maintained an objective and positive attitude throughout. Christina would be a solid addition to any Human Resource team.
