During my 8 days, 4 in Hounslow and 4 in Uxbridge I was in charge of a group of young adults aged 15-17 years old. My job was to help them create a campaign on an issue they care about e.g: Domestic Violence or the elderly and help them to bring this forward in pitch form in front of a Dragons den panel in order for them to get the funding. Combined with this every Sunday in September I also lead the same group of young adults in various activities from fun run's and helping out local charities to helping them raise sponsorship money through various challenges and also seeing their campaign unravel on London's high streets.
