I hired Christina to provide Office Yoga whilst at TLC Marketing and the impact she had was amazing. Christina has the ability to de-stress a workforce through her tailored yoga classes and she always ensures that each class member is attended to and progressed at their own rate. After trying a few different yoga classes I found out about Christina's classes at The Loft in East London through a friend. I was really impressed with the variation in each of the classes and her personable approach as the people in the class were at different levels. I play sports and go to the gym however it was Christina's classes that I felt were most beneficial. I have no hesitation in recommending her.
