I had 6 months of my internship done in the Laboratory of Dairy Research in Agricultural University of Athens, where I prepared a written report for lactose fermentation in yoghurt products from goat milk, which were enriched with whey proteins concentrates. I had also performed laboratory techniques such as Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and High Performance of liquid chromatography (HPLC).
