Christina is creative, insightful, and someone who bridges the gap between insight and a concrete plan for action. She worked with me and my colleague for over a semester to design a large-scale program of Alumni Ambassadors for Campus France USA, a French government agency that works with about 10,000 students each year who study abroad and earn degrees in France. Christina and her peer worked with us to design a new Alumni Ambassador national strategy, including envisioning the logic model and foundational goals of the program, producing a clear scope of work, and producing deliverables that will allow us to hit the ground running when we launch this national program in 2021. Christina was consistently professional, thoughtful, efficient, and always brought new ideas to the table that guided the project. I highly recommend Christina without reserve for any professional role, and have no doubt of her immense future contributions to the field of international education.

It was a pleasure having Christina on our team in the Office of Education Abroad at UNC Charlotte. I worked with Christina both as her Education Abroad Advisor and her internship supervisor. Christina is thoughtful, hardworking, and reliable. Her passion for international education is infectious and evidenced by her dedication to mastering the French language, integration into French culture through studying and working abroad, and professional service to a variety of organizations that support the field of international education. Christina's strengths, among many, include marketing, social media, project management, and content creation. Above all, Christina is a lifelong learner; she is constantly looking to improve herself professional and personally, and in my opinion, that is one of the greatest characteristics an employee and leader can possess.

My first experience at a language immersion school has been one of the most unique learning opportunities as a foreign language educator. My responsibilities entailed translating English lesson plans to French, assisting my cooperating teachers with students in teaching Math, Reading, and Writing in French. I did this by engaging students in lessons, reviews, and one-on-one tutoring. Waddell has a wonderful community of students, teachers, parents, and staff, always contributing to the multicultural environment that we share. Show less
