I just wrapped up 2 freelance digital illustration projects with Christina at Amplify and they were very successful! The art came out beautiful, on time and to the specs, the communication along the way was clear and easy, and Christina was incredibly receptive to feedback. One of the projects involved illustrating materials for grades K-1 which required continuity across multiple images, human characters of various ages and backgrounds in a plethora of fictional situations, as well as non-fiction stories. Christina was able to work in all of the details from the art requests while maintaining clarity of visual communication. All of her human characters are uniquely personable and cute, which is important given the target audience. The second project was a series of spot illustrations for vocabulary words. Some of the words that represented concepts rather than objects required some conceptual exploration which Christina did very well during the thumbnail phase. I highly recommend Christina as a fantastic illustrator and a visual problem solver. I look forward to working with Christina again!
