Present task in short: Develop new policies and update existing policies for the department according to the requirement of HAAD. Participate in the review and approval for forms that goes to the medical records of the patient. Provide vital data for quality documentation to heads of departments and management. Provide statistical data for decision making by the management. Plan and carry out various projects relating to the department (moves). Develop and implement process for all task done in the department. Review existing processes and revise and implement process that produces more qualitative results using less manpower, when ever applicable.
