I have had the opportunity to work on Christina's Lighting & Compositing team on both The Penguins of Madagascar and Monsters vs Aliens. Christina is a a great team leader. She has very good skills as a manager and artist. Since my first day on the production she was able to train me on the shows pipeline in a very clear and efficient manner. I feel that my quick integration into production work could be strongly attributed to her thorough mentoring approach. Christina is excellent at prioritizing what is important and getting everything delivered on time while maintaining high quality standards. Christina can go from handling supervisor responsibilities to creating beautifully lit and composited assets and shots without missing a beat. She is also very proficient at trouble shooting and is a go to person when presented with a technical problem. Her experience working and managing work from multiple overseas studios is invaluable. Christina is very professional, fair and easy to work with which are excellent and too often rare qualities in the visual effects profession. I believe Christina would be a great addition to any studio.

I have had the pleasure of working alongside Christina for quite a while. Christina is the best thing to happen to CG at Nickelodeon. She is a hard worker, always willing to go above and beyond her duties and pretty much the reason our shows look as amazing as they do. She is always receptive to ideas and willing to try anything asked of her, pushing the technical and artistic boundaries of the shows. Her personality is unmatched, always happy, always smiling and spreading joy everywhere she goes. I would highly recommend Christina in any endeavor or position she strives for. It would be a mistake to pass up on such a great artist and team member.
