  After nine years as a Show Services Specialist I was promoted to the Show Services Manager. In this position I assign projects to team members and monitor each task for timely and accurate completion allowing for a successful turnaround, which provides support to other departments in completing their tasks. I work mostly with our Project Management and Client Services teams but have responsibilities that involves me to work with our Finance, Field Services and Executive teams.With my time spent with RES my experience and skills have allowed me to successfully implement changes and tools to processes within and surrounding the department that have resulted in saving significant use of time as well as providing successful and accurate results. I have also utilized these skills to assist in providing support to other departments to help streamline their processes. In addition to managing the department I continue to provide the same support as I did as a Show Services Specialist.

  As a Show Services Specialist I am primarily responsible for ordering and confirming services provided to an exhibitors booth on show site for every show and for each of our clients that attend. I work with Project Management in building estimates in our internal ERP system to provide to our clients, as well as utilizing this in ordering services. These services include but are not limited to, installation and dismantle labor, electrical services and labor, rigging/ hanging sign labor, internet services and material handling, floral and catering. Prior to show move in I provide final layouts for utilities and/ or assembly to service providers that require them, and work closely with vendors to insure accurate and timely distribution of services. In show closing I collect all final invoices and supporting documentation for all services provided at show site, and use these to capture the cost of each project in out ERP system. This allows for accurate invoicing of services to the client.
