Second year to present, I was assigned to build Sales Operation team in Taipei HQ. Achievements and Contributions • Business Development Department: - Latin America team head, leading region BD team with coverage of Brazil, Chile, Peru, Colombia, Argentina, and Miami. - New business development & maintaining key accounts. - Business plan execution and define strategies to fulfil company sales target. - Define sales strategy & Goal setting (20% growth / year). - Local partners training and seminars planning. • Sales Operation Department: - Develop effective operation management process and take the ownership of Sales Operation as assigned. - Support Sales team on related Business Reporting and on-demand Business Analysis. - Track BD Business Health and Highlight Potential Risk - Support on Sales plan and Incentives. - Work with Sales Teams and related aligned Function Teams to achieve Business Goals - Solve the Issues through daily Communication and Strategic Negotiation.
