I can't recommend Christina enough. I feel so privileged to have worked with her for 2 years. Christina is an outstanding delivery lead who is able to adapt her management style to get the best out of the different teams that she is managing. She is compassionate, yet coaches her teams to get the best out of them. She is able to command respect from very senior management, her matrix managed team (all of which had more seniority than her); to stakeholders and suppliers alike. Christina will turn her hand to anything and is always willing to help. She will always do an amazing job, and puts all of her colleagues PowerPoint skills to shame. Her presentations and communication skills are second to none. Through her drawing skills she has been able to illustrate highly complex ideas in a very simple and easy to understand way. Christina has been able to handle very difficult stakeholders in a very positive way, and was instrumental in helping turn their attitude round about the programme. Christina will be massively missed within NHS Digital and will be of great benefit to any employer who is lucky enough to take her on. All the best in the future Christina!
