  Under the supervision of Dr. Maria Effinger, I am working on implementing and maintaining Digital Humanities projects at the University of Heidelberg. My work includes tasks in online publishing and web design. This role helped me understand the interdisciplinary nature of the Digital Humanities and allows me to use digitals tools (HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, typo3, OJS, Imperia, Drupal) for the publication of digital media. My key responsibilities for this role include: - Creating and editing university and journal webpages using HTML, CSS and content management systems - Preparing and uploading Open Access journals - Editing media in Adobe Photoshop - Communicating with authors and publishers while implementing Digital Humanities projects Show less
