I worked with Christina for over a year when she was part of Mars Nordics. Christina led the local deployment, adoption and optimisation of a global capability in her region. I always found Christina great to work with. She was clear in communication and dependable on follow through. She when the extra mile to learn the capabilities of the platform so that she could get the most value out of it as possible for her region and spent time ensuring the wider user base locally were onboarded and trained in the usage. Christina also led global calls to share knowledge and inspiration for the wider global user base.       As part of the eCommerce Team, I worked with three different FMCG categories across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Iceland and Ireland. One of my main projects, for which I received a Best of Mars award, was the implementation of a PXM system. As a first step, I mapped out data flows and ways of working across departments and customers through which I identified opportunities for more efficient ways of working by automating processes with both internal and external data systems.
