*Achieved zero recordable incidents while managing the non-operated DJ Basin Wellbore Integrity program and evaluating all vertical offsets in proximity to planned new horizontal completions to ensure downhole integrity and surface facility ratings were sufficient to withstand well-to-well communications. *Managing production engineer for the Wells Ranch field in the DJ Basin. I designed artificial lift solutions for plungers, gas lift, and rod pump systems and optimized production, managed well reviews, evaluated P&A candidates, analyzed production trends and provided future development recommendations.*Initiated and managed the Shallow Sands recompletion effort in the DJ Basin. I served as chief engineer on this project and evaluated existing vertical wells in the DJ Basin for shallow sands uphole potential and facilitated the project from conception to execution. *Production engineer for the 2013-2014 DJ Basin Horizontal Refrac Program. My responsibilities included managing offset well preparation, refrac science, facilitating frac designs, post-refrac artificial lift, and lookback economics.
