From Palm Beach County through Miami-Dade and other areas of Florida, we are well-versed on municipal requirements in addition to what aspects will prove troubling to the subcontractors doing the construction – from hard-to-find components to overly complicated systems. Our projects range from building/restoring mixed-use commercial properties and retail buildouts, restaurants, private schools, Assisted Living Facilities and healthcare related builds requiring AHCA inspections.
