I worked with Christie for nearly five years at SITA. She has outstanding communication and customer relationship skills, runs projects smoothly, and is consistently able to drive tasks toward completion. Her track record of successfully leading software delivery projects involving numerous cross-functional teams for international clients is a testament to her abilities as a PM.

Christie joined our Project Engineering group at Siemens Westinghouse in 2000. She started out as my Administrative Assistant and diligently carried out assigned tasks. Anytime an obstacle arose she always found a way to work around it. I never had to ask for status as she always kept me promptly updated on tasks. Christie demonstrated an entrepreneurial spirit by helping others in the department with a variety of tasks. Eventually with staff turnover, Christie took on fulltime responsibilities of Project Coordinator, Scheduler, Expeditor. I promoted Christie to become our Project Planner/Scheduling Manager. In this role, she carried out the duties of managing the resources for our manufacturing project schedules. She also handled resource reporting for current and forecasted projects, change order tracking and document control. I did not have to worry about surprising calls from a customer as Christie consistently kept me abreast of impending delivery dates and quality issues. Christie has a natural aptitude for project coordination and expediting. I would personally recommend her for a PM or scheduling role.

Christie was a key member in our Project Management group during the IPP boom of the early 2000's, simultaneous with the Siemens acquisition of the Westinghouse Power Generation Business Unit. She was initially hired as an administrative assistant, but she quickly climbed the learning curve to actively help manage our tremendous project load. She was soon promoted to Project Scheduler, responsible for tracking all resources and maintaining on time project delivery. In spite of the high pressure demands put on her, Christie was always professional and pleasant to work with. For these reasons I would recommend Christie as a highly productive and competent team player.
