Christie plays what is a critical role in the success of any member-based organization; she is the "owner" and primary user of our database. Without Christie's efforts very little work would get done at NCA - dues collection, member communication and trade show management functions would grind to halt without her knowledge of our database and expertise. Additionally, Christie supports the IT function at the Association in other critical ways as well, including assisting with Web content and hardware / software upgrades.
