It is my pleasure to recommend Christian Spoerl as a Marketing leader. I thoroughly enjoyed my time working with Christian when he was our Director of Marketing. He was a valuable team member that could be counted on to deliver and go above and beyond to get results. He did an excellent job bridging Marketing with other departments internally, showing a deft hand in managing internal constituents. In his time here at TOPS he helped to professionalize the team and build a structure of management and reporting and accountability that had been missing before. He effectively used internal and external resources to get the results that were needed. And when there were gaps that needed to be filled, Christian never shied away from stepping in.
