I also managed artists and production assistants with a hands-on approach to successfully accomplish daily tasks on distinct projects. I led creative team meetings to share ideas and bring actionable plans to fruition. At Element Tree LLC I also developed budgets and negotiated contracts and quotes to ensure projects were completed within financial constraints.
